Drink plenty, stay healthy

A majority of beauty queens actually agree on one thing � drink plenty of water. They start with three glasses of warm water in the morning before eating or drinking anything else. According to the Institute of Medicine, about 2.2 liters of water (overall amount of beverages) for the ladies, more of course when the weather is hot and humid, or during workouts. Why water? Well, it helps flushes unwanted toxins from vital organs. They also have the task to carry nutrients to cells, and provide moisture for the tissues of ear, nose and throat. Beauty queen or not we wouldn�t want to look like pre-maturely dried prunes, do we?
