Smile for beauty
Pageant nerves and goodness what other factors can totally stress out a beauty queen! But there is a good, easy, and very effective way to ease up those facial muscles and therefore preventing unsightly wrinkles and crows feet –smiling.
That’s right, smiling is actually a good exercise that helps tone facial muscles and ease the tension brought by daily stress. Here is a special “smiling” exercise just right for that!
First, scrunch up your whole face for just ten seconds max. Make sure that your muscles are wrinkled and furrowed with eyes and mouth tightly shut. Next, open your mouth and eyes as wide as you can. Again, do this for about ten seconds. Third, close your mouth. Purse your lips, pushing them to the left then to the right. Repeat this twice. Fourth, grin widely! Next, repeat the grin and hold, making sure that you tighten your neck muscles.
Lastly, relax. You’re done!
