REMOVING BLACKHEADS

Blackheads are tiny black pinpoints on the face, upper arms and shoulders.
The best way to deal with blackheads is to prevent them. Make sure that your skin is clean. Cleansing removes dead skin cells and excess oils which are the primary ingredients of blackhead. Women with oily skin use powder and makeup to prevent their faces from being shiny. But girls, make sure that you do not let the powder does not build up and wash your face often. Avoid creamy and greasy makeup products because it can block the pores.
When washing the face, we must avoid using the bar of soap near the sink because it contains ingredients that can clog the pores. Instead, use gentle exfoliant because they do not only remove the dead skin on the surface but the also clean the pores.
To prevent blackheads, the key is to keep your face clean.

Creamy milk bath

This tip goes back way to Ancient Egypt since Queen Cleopatra herself used it to maintain her skin smooth and milky operative word is milk.

Yes, nothing works better on skin as milk. According to beauty researchers, milk does wonders to human skin. The lactic acid in milk keeps the skin clean and fresh by cleansing it down to the deepest layers. If you are lactose intolerant or if you are allergic to milk, you can skip this tip.

So all you have to do is to treat yourself to a milk bath about once a week or once in every two weeks (well, you can do it more often if you have the time). Just add 2 to 4 cups of fresh milk or buttermilk to your warm bathwater while the tub is filling. Soak in the tub for 15 to 20 minutes. Rub your skin gently with a pumice or washcloth to get rid of the dead skin. Rinse off thoroughly after.

Cucumber for the eyes

Forget about those expensive eye pads! They seldom do the trick of getting rid of your eyes puffiness and that tired, tired look. The most inexpensive treatment you can undergo, and what most beauty queens swear by, is cucumber. This fruit has astringent properties and is rich with vitamin C. They soothe, tighten, and even moisturize skin. Chill some cucumber slices. Sit on your favorite chair or lie down on your bed and close your eyes. Place a cucumber slice on top of each eye. Relax. You may even want to listen to your favorite music while doing so. Remove after 15 minutes and your eyes will surely feel refreshed!
