They start with three glasses of warm water in the morning before eating or drinking anything else. According to the Institute of Medicine, about 2.2 liters of water (overall amount of beverages) for the ladies, more of course when the weather is hot and humid, or during workouts. Why water? Well, it helps flushes unwanted toxins from vital organs. They also have the task to carry nutrients to cells, and provide moisture for the tissues of ear, nose and throat. Beauty queen or not we wouldnï¿½t want to look like pre-maturely dried prunes, do we?</p>

They soothe, tighten, and even moisturize skin. Chill some cucumber slices. Sit on your favorite chair or lie down on your bed and close your eyes. Place a cucumber slice on top of each eye. Relax. You may even want to listen to your favorite music while doing so. Remove after 15 minutes and your eyes will surely feel refreshed! </p>
