To build your party wardrobe, invest in a few key pieces a little at a time, such as party dresses. For a top, you can choose soft blouses with flounces or a chic metallic blouson knit. Take a look at your wardrobe for good basics that you can rework.

Start with your skirts, some nice tops and even pants – these can be mixed and matched with new pieces that will update your wardrobe without having to spend so much. A nice basic bustier can be dressed up or down with different looks through accessories. A simple lace bolero to wear over basic tops can change a look.

If you have outfits that seem out of style that you don’t wear anymore, you can research on embellishments like beading, lace or appliqu’s which could make them more interesting and perfect for going out.
