REMOVING BLACKHEADS

Blackheads are tiny black pinpoints on the face, upper arms and shoulders.
The best way to deal with blackheads is to prevent them. Make sure that your skin is clean. Cleansing removes dead skin cells and excess oils which are the primary ingredients of blackhead. Women with oily skin use powder and makeup to prevent their faces from being shiny. But girls, make sure that you do not let the powder does not build up and wash your face often. Avoid creamy and greasy makeup products because it can block the pores.
When washing the face, we must avoid using the bar of soap near the sink because it contains ingredients that can clog the pores. Instead, use gentle exfoliant because they do not only remove the dead skin on the surface but the also clean the pores.
To prevent blackheads, the key is to keep your face clean.

Here’s a nutritious meal plan guaranteed to let you keep your beauty queen waistline:

For breakfast: two scrambled egg whites, two ounces serving non-instant oatmeal, fresh strawberries.

For lunch: 4-oz fish, fresh green salad with tomatoes, red bell pepper onions, olive oil dressing, grilled salmon.

For dinner: broiled chicken, fresh broccoli, cabbage, garbanzos, beans.

You can snack on moderate servings of nuts.

Avoid if you can, for now, white rice/flour, pancakes, popcorn, potatoes, (especially French fries), corn, peas and carrots as they elevate the blood pressure.

Along with this diet, you should engage in physical activities regularly such as aerobics, cycling, kick boxing, pilates or any activity to keep you mobile everyday.

Your face is pretty but your body is fat. No matter how you try to camouflage your bulky figure with clothes that can supposedly make you look slimmer, still, the truth is there – you need to lose weight.

Losing weight is not just for aesthetics. More than anything, getting rid of the excess weight is good for your health.

There are now quite a number of diet schemes to select from in case you decide to really trim your waistline. Many celebrities swear by the results of their own personal diets. But do you think these same diets will suit you? Maybe so, or maybe not. In the end, it all boils down to your own personal conviction and determination. Otherwise, nothing can ever work for you.
